  • What is DesignCap and how does it work?

    DesignCap is an ultimate easy online graphic designer, which helps you make stunning and creative posters, flyers, infographics and more within steps.

    All you need to do is clicking Get Started Now button and selecting a template to customize. You can change the photos, edit the text and set the background color. To know better about how it works, please check our Get Started Tutorial for more detailed information.

  • What devices DesignCap supports?

    DesignCap is fully compatible with most popular browsers on Mac, Windows and Linux. For a better experience, we recommend to use Google Chrome 14.0 or higher, Internet Explorer version 10.0 or higher, Firefox 10.0 or higher and Safari 7.0 or higher.

  • Do I have to create an account to use DesignCap?

    You can directly use the basic features of DesignCap without creating an account but you’ll be required to create an account while using some certain features.

  • How do I sign up?

    Go to DesignCap homepage and click the Sign Up - Free button on the top right corner. You can sign up with an email address or connect with your Facebook and Google account.

    You'll receive a confirmation email, please click on the link to confirm your account.

  • Why does my Facebook account fail to log in?

    If your Facebook was registered with a telephone number, you may be not able to login to DesignCap by connecting with Facebook. Please complete your email address information in your Facebook account settings and try again.

  • How to reset my password?

    If you forget your password, then you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot password link on the login window. Then enter the email address connected with your DesignCap account and we will send you a link to reset your password. In the email you received, click Reset my password link and then create a new password.

    If you have logged into your account and want to change your password, go to My Account page and click Change Password. Enter your old password and create a new one. Then click Save.

  • Can I use DesignCap artworks for commercial purpose?

    Your DesignCap artworks may include photos, icons, vectors, and fonts. The resources provided by DesignCap may be used for commercial purposes. You must verify that you have the appropriate rights to use any content you upload. If not, you are prohibited from using your DesignCap artworks for commercial purposes.

  • How do I print my artwork?

    DesignCap allows you to directly print your artwork out with your home printer. Just click Print button in the app and on the pop-up window, make necessary print settings such as color, Pages, Copies and Layout, etc. to print it out.

  • If I delete a project, will it be permanently deleted from my DesignCap account?

    Yes. A project you manually delete will be removed from your account. Delete projects only when you no longer need them.

  • How to upload my own photos to templates?

    Go to DesignCap editing page, and then click the Photo icon on the left sidebar. You can then upload photos from local library, import Facebook photos and search from the Internet.

  • Does DesignCap store any personal information?

    No. We will never store or use your personal private data without your direct consent. You can read our DesignCap Policy here .

  • Can I share my design to social media?

    Yes. You can share your artwork to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr. And you can also share your project via email.

  • Can I remove the watermarks?

    Yes. We provide free and advanced assets. If you use the free materials for authoring, the output will not be watermarked. If you use advanced materials for authoring, a watermark will be added and the watermark can be removed by subscribing.


  • Do you offer a lifetime account?

    No. DesignCap offers 2 paid plans for you:

  • What are the benefits if I upgrade to DesignCap Basic or DesignCap Plus?

  • Where and when can I find my billing invoice/receipt?

    Once you finish the payment successfully, you will receive a payment receipt in your connected mail. You can also check your payment details under the Billing section of your account, where you will find the invoice details including billing date, type, and amount.

  • What methods of payment does DesignCap accept?

    Currently, you can use credit card as the payment method for upgrading. And we accept following credit cards:

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes. We use secure socket layer (SSL) internet encryption technology to protect the security of your payment information. Your information is 100% secure!

  • How do I cancel my paid subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time on My Account page by clicking Cancel My Subscription link on the top right corner. If you confirm the cancellation, you will not be billed again on the next billing date. You can keep using your current paid plan until it ends.

  • Can I change my subscription plan?

    If you want to switch to a higher plan, you can go to your account page and upgrade it manually. The number of days that have not been used in your current plan can be deducted by the corresponding amount.

    But currently, we don't have a way to downgrade a subscription. Instead, simply cancel your subscription first and after the current plan ends, reupgrade in order to make this sort of change.

  • Will my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes, any subscription plan renews automatically. If you don't want to be billed again, cancel your subscription before the end of expiration date.

  • How can I confirm that my payment has been made?

    After a payment is processed, you will receive an email notification that will let you know if your payment was processed successfully (with a receipt of your recent payment) or if there was a problem processing your payment.

  • Why my payment failed?

    Your payment would fail for many reasons, and the most common reasons include:

    • Insufficient balance of funds in your account.
    • Credit card has expired.
    • Payment rejected or delayed by your bank.
    • Please check your payment information and try to resubscribe again.
  • Can I request a refund?
